Visitor issue

I am let to this forum by a letter left in my mailbox. I am glad that there is a forum. My issue: why are visitors not allowed to enter via the backgate? When I bought my unit at Blk 90, one of the attractions was the bus stop at the back of the block. It is convenient for myself and my visitors. Since the card system, even when I, the owner, forget to carry the card, I will be shut out too. What kind of security system is this?

My kids hv been told to walk a big round to d front gate, with their heavy school bags, all becos they didn't hv their cards with them.

I am fed up with this too. Just because I was not carrying a card, I have to make one big round to the front-gate. What is the use of having the guards and the camera and the intercom? The guard should be able to recognize a long-term resident like me from the camera. I was able to provide my unit address too.
