Using MCST water for car wash

Every month I have to pay $40+ to get my car washed. I notice there are residents who use the water from the taps in the car park to wash their cars. This is not fair. I am subsidising their wash. This is allowing a few to take advantage of many. I will not be surprised that because of this, the MCST water bill is higher than it should be. This is an area where cost can be cut. Management should enforce against the use of MCST water to wash cars.

Agree. This will definitely up the MCST water bill which is paid thro' the Maintenance Fund.

I do find residents using water from the gardening taps around the estate. This is one way that money from the fund is being drained off.

The Management should put a stop to all unauthorized use of MCST water. It is cheating and stealing. Can even be reported to the police.
